Packing services in Karachi
Book our packers without booking our trucks. A trained crew arrives with the material, packs your home properly, labels every carton against an inventory — and you handle the transport, or we do. Your choice.
- Packing-only, or packing as part of a full move
- All material supplied — cartons, wrap, film, crates
- Numbered inventory signed before anything leaves
You don't always need the whole move
Packing is the part that decides whether things break. It's also the part most people underestimate. These customers book it on its own:
You have your own transport
A company vehicle, a relative's truck, or a container already booked — you just need it packed to survive the journey.
Moving abroad
Consignments going into a shipping container need export-grade packing and a numbered inventory list for customs paperwork.
Going into storage
Goods sitting for months need dust-proof wrapping and stackable cartons, not the same packing as a two-hour move.
Fragile items only
You'll do the clothes and books yourself. We handle the crockery, glass, TVs, mirrors and artwork.
Offices & retail
Files, IT equipment and stock packed and labelled over a weekend so Monday morning isn't lost.
Unpacking service
Already moved and staring at fifty cartons? We come and unpack, place things room by room and remove the waste.
Pick how much you want us to do
| Level | What we do | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Full pack | Every room, every item, including wardrobes and kitchen. You touch nothing. | Families short on time, offices, export consignments |
| Partial pack | You pack clothes, books and non-fragile items. We handle the rest. | Most house moves — the best cost-to-effort balance |
| Fragile only | Crockery, glassware, TVs, mirrors, artwork and electronics. | Confident packers who don't want to risk the breakables |
| Crating | Custom wooden crates built around the item. | Safes, pianos, machinery, sculptures, LED walls |
| Unpacking | Unpack, place room by room, remove all used material. | After any move, ours or someone else's |
Mixing levels is normal — full pack in the kitchen, partial everywhere else. The survey sets the scope room by room so nothing is assumed.
The rules our crew works to
Anyone can wrap a plate in newspaper. These are the details that decide whether it arrives in one piece — and what you should expect from any packer you hire.
We bring it. It's in the quote.
You shouldn't be running to Jodia Bazaar for cartons the night before your move. Everything below arrives with the crew, and it's costed into the quotation rather than billed as an extra at the door.
Get a packing quote- 5-ply cartons, three sizesSmall for books and crockery, medium for general goods, large for light bulky items.
- Wardrobe cartonsTall boxes with a hanging rail — suits and formal wear travel on hangers, no ironing at the other end.
- Double-wall boxes for glasswareCrockery and glass get a stronger box with cell dividers where needed.
- Bubble wrap & foam sheetsTwo grades — fine bubble for glass and screens, large bubble for furniture edges.
- Stretch filmSofas, mattresses and drawer units wrapped so nothing opens or gathers dust in transit.
- Corrugated rolls & edge protectorsPolished surfaces and furniture corners — the two places damage always shows.
- Mattress & sofa coversSealed covers, so upholstery doesn't arrive carrying the truck floor with it.
- Custom wooden cratesBuilt to size on site for safes, machinery, artwork and anything that can't take a knock.
Plan your packing day properly
Rough guide for a full pack with a standard crew. Partial packing runs faster; heavy kitchens, large libraries and lots of artwork run slower.
Packing the day before the move is almost always the right call. Packing and loading on the same morning is where rushed work and breakages come from.
How a packing booking runs
- 01
Survey & scope
We walk the rooms — or review your WhatsApp photos — and agree the level per room. You get a written quote with the material included.
- 02
Material delivered
Cartons, wrap and film arrive with the crew on packing day. Crates for special items are built on site or brought pre-made.
- 03
Packing & labelling
Fragile items first, then room by room. Every carton numbered, labelled by destination room and logged on the inventory.
- 04
Inventory sign-off
You check the list against the cartons and both sides sign. Then it's ready for your transport — or ours.
What decides your packing cost
Packing is priced on labour hours plus material, so the four things below are what move the number:
Volume
Number of rooms and how full they are. A packed-out three-bedroom takes longer than a sparse four-bedroom.
Service level
Fragile-only is the cheapest entry point. Full pack costs most because it's every cupboard in the house.
Fragile ratio
A crockery-heavy kitchen, a glass display cabinet or a lot of framed artwork adds hours and material.
Crating
Wooden crates are built to size and quoted per item — safes, pianos, machinery and large artwork.
Packing service questions
Can I book packing without booking the transport?
Yes — that's a standard booking for us. The crew arrives with all material, packs to the agreed level, hands over a signed inventory and leaves. Whether the truck outside is ours or yours makes no difference to how the packing is done.
Do you supply the cartons and packing material?
Yes, and it's costed into the quotation rather than added afterwards. That covers cartons in three sizes, wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film, corrugated rolls, edge protectors, mattress covers and tape. Custom wooden crates are quoted per item because they're built to size.
How long does it take to pack a house?
For a full pack: about half a day for a one-bedroom, a day for two bedrooms, one to one-and-a-half days for three, and two days for four or more. Fragile-only work on an average home takes three to four hours. Book packing for the day before the move rather than the same morning.
Should I pack some things myself to save money?
Yes — partial packing is the best value option for most homes. Do your own clothes, books, shoes and linen, and let the crew handle crockery, glass, electronics, artwork and furniture. That's where the skill and the material actually matter.
Do you pack for international shipping?
Yes. Container consignments need stronger packing, tighter stacking and a numbered inventory list you can hand to your freight forwarder for customs. Tell us it's an export consignment at survey stage so the scope is set correctly from the start.
Are my items insured while being packed?
Goods-in-transit cover is available on request and must be arranged at quotation stage, before packing begins — it can't be added afterwards. The signed inventory taken at pack-up is what any claim is checked against, so review it before you sign.
